In addition, we use professional-grade cleaning products that are designed to deliver the best results. Our products offer powerful cleaning and sanitization, ensuring every surface is left spotless and blissful.

9. Do you provide cleaning or damage reports?
Yes, for certain services like vacation rentals or commercial spaces, we provide cleaning reports to keep you informed of the property's condition. If any damage is discovered during the cleaning process, we promptly send damage reports complete with photos and a detailed description.
10. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, PayPal and all major credit cards for your convenience.
11. Does the customer need to sign a contract?
We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. You can book our services as needed, with no strings attached!
12. When is payment due?
Payment is required at the end of service. You can pay via cash, check, credit card, etc upon completion.
13. What is your pet policy?
We love pets! Your furry friends are welcome to stay home while we clean. However, if our team feels uncomfortable around your pet, we may ask you to secure them in a separate area for everyone’s safety. If additional cleaning is required due to pet-related messes (fur, accidents, etc.), an extra cleaning fee may apply.
14. Can I skip or cancel services?
Yes, if you need to skip or cancel a cleaning, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. You can contact us by email or phone to reschedule.
15. Can I request extra tasks?
Absolutely! If you have additional tasks not covered by our standard checklist, contact us before your scheduled cleaning and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Extra services may affect pricing.
16. Are tips accepted?
Tips are not expected, but always appreciated! Feel free to leave cash or add it to your invoice payment.
17. Do you recommend a yearly spring cleaning?
While not required, we highly recommend scheduling an annual deep spring clean to refresh your home and tackle areas that might not get as much attention throughout the year.
